I keep thinking to myself about what will happen when my doctor says, “Amber, we are going to have to switch your medications because you can’t go any higher on the Keppra.” What will I do? Switch meds? Increase my VNS? Both are a risk, but to be honest, I’m more scared switching meds than going back to being anxious about my VNS. There are things I can do to help that.
