Therapy is really helping me. I couldn’t have made it this far without my therapist’s help. I’m also talking about my DBT therapist as well. They helped me understand myself and my actions better. Now all I have to do is erase these urges to cut and I’d be where I want to be. This will be by far the hardest struggle I will ever face. I hope I don’t shut myself down by how difficult all of this will be.
