Ever since I met with a nutritionist several months ago, I’ve started incorporating snacks into my diet. Basically, I was on the one and a half meal a day plan, and she put the kabash on that. Now with her recommendations and guidance, I’m eating three meals, 2 snacks, and drinking 64 oz of water. I’ve seen a major difference in my waistline and my belly. Not eating frequently can actually cause you to gain weight, because your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto calories instead of burning them as energy.
