The 3 Port sailing challenge is to highlight that having epilepsy does not stop you from having a full and active life and take part in a vast number sports including sailing & other active pursuits. This year’s Three Port Sailing Challenge will take Simon a very experienced sailor of 40 years sailing under his sea boots & Tricia his wife who is a more novice sailor, but is willing & able and up for doing this sailing challenge.
